Try aiming South East of the CN Tower and see if your signal strength increases.

I get the occasional cutout here at Wellesley/Jarvis. Which direction should I be aiming? Currently pointed at the CN Tower.

Just found the channel today during a rescan!

Only found you by accident yesterday . . was rescanning all over-the-air reception. Watched a movie. Very decent picture quality, only wavers slightly. Admire Star Ray's enterprising spirit, very exciting. Will follow with interest in the future.
