On Saturday May 25th, 2013, the 38th Scout Group sponsored by Sing Fai Sports Club met for our 22nd Annual inspection at Toronto Police College, Toronto, Ontario. Sing Fai Sports Club Representative Joseph Fong had organized the event. Staff Superintendent Debra Preston, Unit Commander of the Toronto Police College was our honourable Reviewing Officer and she inspected the 130 children, youth and leaders at the parade. Awards were given to the winners for Best Performers of each group for the Scouting Year 2012-2013. The ages of the children and youth are from 5 years to 17 years old.
