I wish I could get Star Ray, but I live all the way in Metro Detroit. I watch the live stream sometimes though and I can tell you, my pirate TV station will never be anywhere near as good as Star Ray. Yes, I am a pirate! I never even contacted the FCC! It's called WZQK-LP, and it was inspired by VX9AMK (or Star Ray TV).

I love Star Ray as well!
Loving the Ray Neilson documentary videos, they are great! Love seeing the Carmen Priolo videos of walks around Toronto - lots of great local history in those. And the arts shows on weekends, particularly the opera, are a welcome alternative to what is on every other station.
Star Ray is providing a valuable viewing experience, and I want you to know how much I appreciate it!
