I was up late Saturday night along with the SRTV legal crew crafting a reply to the CRTC letter. A copy of our reply can be found here:

I used an expletive at the end of the letter which pretty well sums up my feelings about the CRTC. I could not and still cannot think of any other phrase that can express my outrage. This is a criminal conspiracy to defraud me and the Toronto community of a license. Why call it something else. The CRTC has abandoned any pretense of any fair above board dealings and has resorted to shameless bald-faced FRAUD.

These brazen conceited criminals think that they will never be brought to justice. Maybe so, the worst that could happen to them is they would lose their jobs. They will never serve any jail time and they still will have a comfortable pension for life. History has shown that criminals usually get busted when they have gotten away with their criminal activity for awhile and become reckless.

The US takes corporate crime seriously, they even sent Martha Stewart to jail. Alas here in Canada the Gomery Commission turned up all kinds of official corruption and to my knowledge no one is in jail! The Liberal party is allowed to continue as a party when it should have been decertified and disbanded. Well, it is true that the government fell on the first no confidence vote in history.

People have asked me what they can do to help. There is an election in Canada right now, find out how your local candidates feel about CRTC corruption. Is there a party that is willing to shut down the CRTC in their first 100 days of office? What about prosecution of the CRTC? Who will really clean up government corruption and send high profile criminals like the CRTC to jail?
